Shireen K. Bhatia

Shireen Bhatia is a registered Patent Attorney with a background in Biology. She holds a Juris Doctorate with a Certificate in IP from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce Law School and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology and Spanish from Case Western Reserve University.

Shireen has experience with IP litigation support at Rozier Hardt McDonough in Austin, Texas as well as patent prosecution experience in semiconductor, mechanical and electrical technologies from Brooks Cameron and Huebsch and also her internships at IBM and Han Santos. She has additional experience in Title 1337 litigation as a law clerk with the United States International Trade Commission. During law school, her experience as a finalist in Mock Trial, and on the AIPLA Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Team provided her experience with patent litigation and patent prosecution.

Shireen is fluent in Spanish and Hindi.

In her free time, Shireen can be found playing piano, reading, exploring nearby parks or restaurants, baking or cooking.
