MVS Attorneys to Attend American Ag Law Association Annual Law SymposiumOctober 26, 2017

MVS IP attorneys R. Scott Johnson and Caitlin M. Andersen are attending the American Ag Law Association Annual Agricultural Law Symposium on October 26th – October 28th in Louisville, KY. The conference will bring together national and regional legal and policy experts to discuss topics pertaining to agricultural law and the industry’s current issues.

Scott and Caitlin, along with Brad Roth of NUtech Ventures, are presenting on plant variety protection strategies and litigation. The session will focus on the protections breeders have under various IP laws, including the Plant Variety Protection Act, and litigation of those rights.
