Jonathan L. Kennedy and Xiaohong Liu, Ph.D. to attend ACS Meeting

MVS Chemical & Biotechnology practice group attorneys, Jonathan L. Kennedy and Xiaohong Liu, Ph.D., are attending the American Chemical Society national fall meeting.

Jonathan organized a symposium entitled, "Patent Specification Requirements: What's in Common & What's Different in the U.S., Europe & Southeastern Asia?" and Jonathan is presenting on "Considerations and standards for US patent specifications and claims". 

Jonathan has been a member of ACS for years and is the Secretary, Co-Programming Chair and Division Chair-Elect for the American Chemical Society's Division of Chemistry and the Law.

The American Chemical Society is a national organization that focuses on advocated science, educating the public on chemistry and outreach programs, supports the future of chemistry and chemists, promotes career development through available courses and job postings, and much more.
