Jill N. Link Participating in the AgTech NEXT! Virtual ConferenceSeptember 21, 2020

Jill Link, Chairwoman of the MVS Licensing Practice Group, will be participating in the “AgTech NEXT! Virtual Conference session on “The Future of Protein” on September 22nd (https://webcast.center/agtechnext/main.php). This session will discuss the cutting edge work on non-animal meat proteins and food technologies. The program will feature Pat Brown, M.D. Ph.D., CEO and Founder of Impossible Foods and Jim Carrington, Ph.D., President of the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, with an introduction by The Honorable Dick Gephardt. Jill and colleagues at MVS have done extensive work in the area of Food and Beverage Technologies, including protecting and commercializing various food technologies such as preservatives, sugar and starch alternatives and replacements, as well as plant and protein innovations.
