The presentation titled “Best Practices for Hiring and Working with IP Counsel” will discuss how identifying and hiring IP counsel is an important strategic decision and that finding the right ‘fit’ is important as you will invest time and capital into this relationship. The selection and hiring process should not be like a bad online dating experience and tips and strategies for hiring and effectively working with IP counsel will be discussed to ensure that attendees enjoy the process while having their expectations met.
