Jill Link is attending and presenting in New Orleans, LA from Oct. 11-13 for the Sieloff & Associates PA 2015 Legal Conference. She is speaking on incorporating Intellectual Property (IP) asset considerations into estate planning. The interactive continuing legal education (CLE) addresses how such assets pass through estate plans, provides contemporary examples of well-known estate disputes, and addresses ‘modern’ forms of IP including rights of publicity.
