USPTO posts comments to proposed rule changes regarding BPAI appeals and Markush claims

November 08, 2007
Post by Blog Staff

At first glance, the comments appear to be overwhelmingly negative. Of course, that likely won't stop them from being implemented, if the claim and continuation rules are any indication.
