• Collaborating with our clients to select trademarks and service marks for the names, logos and designs of their products and services
• Conducting and reviewing searches of trademark databases
• Counseling clients on nuances concerning use of their trademarks
• Advising on domain name registration

Additionally, we regularly prepare and file trademark applications in the United States Patent and Trademark Office as well as in foreign countries, thus enabling our clients to obtain global protection of their marks.

We also work closely with our clients to create and implement policing programs to protect their trademark rights. When appropriate, we:

• Prepare cease and desist letters on behalf of our clients
• Participate in opposition and cancellation proceedings involving other trademark applications and registrations
• Institute administrative and court proceedings to protect our clients' assets
