Our firm deals regularly with patent and trademark prosecution in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and copyright prosecution in the United States Copyright Office. We also conduct business with international patent, trademark and copyright offices on behalf of our clients in more than 80 countries around the world. Extensive litigation is conducted in both state and federal courts, protecting our clients' intellectual property rights from infringement by others and defending clients accused of violating the rights of others.
