 ost of our attorneys are admitted to the Bar of the State of Iowa and licensed to practice in Iowa State and Federal District courts. Most are admitted to one or more federal district courts, the United States Regional Courts of Appeal, including the Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and Federal Circuit, and some are admitted to the United States Supreme Court. Some of our attorneys are also admitted to practice in other states such as Missouri, Ohio, California, Massachusetts, etc. Also, most of our attorneys are admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
