Wendy K. Marsh
Wendy began her professional career as a pharmacist in 1990 and continued her academic endeavors by attending Drake University Law School. She received her law degree in 1994 and joined McKee, Voorhees & Sease. Skilled as a speaker and writer, Wendy counsels clients in aligning their intellectual property assets with overall business goals. Wendy primarily focuses on patent prosecution for pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and trademarks, including oppositions, cancellations and prosecution. Wendy advises the firm's International Department, which handles all issues pertaining to foreign patent and trademarks, as well as leads the firm's Trademark department.
