You can use MapQuest to find us or follow these basic directions to our offices:
From the Des Moines International Airport:
- Turn left onto Fleur Drive and head north for 3.6 miles.
- Turn right onto Locust Street.
- Turn left onto 8th Street.
From the North:
- Take I-35 South.
- Near Des Moines, merge onto I-235 S (this is a left side exit).
- Take the 3rd Street Exit toward 5th Avenue.
- Turn left onto 3rd Street.
- Turn right onto Grand Avenue to 8th Street.
From the South:
- Take I-35 North
- Near West Des Moines, merge onto I-235 E
- Take the 7th Street Exit and turn right.
- Turn right onto Grand Avenue to 8th Street.
From the West:
- Take I-80 East
- Near Des Moines, merge onto I-235 East via Exit 123A (this is a left side exit).
- Take the 7th Street exit.
- Turn right onto 7th Street.
- Turn right onto Grand Avenue to 8th Street.
From the East:
- Take I-80 West
- Merge onto I-235 S via Exit 137A (this is a left side exit).
- Take the 3rd Street exit toward 5th Avenue.
- Turn left onto 3rd Street.
- Turn right onto Grand Avenue to 8th Street.
Parking:
Public ramps are located just south of 801 Grand Avenue and further east at, 6th Street and Grand Avenue. Both are connected to 801 Grand via the skywalks. Our offices are located on the 32nd Floor of the building. There are also parking meters on the streets adjacent to the building. With questions, call 288-3667.
